I don't make things for kids but am incensed by this legislation. We are up against lobby-rich organizations like ConsumersUnion.org, which cares nothing about small business affected (nor does congress, for that matter, since we have no representation in D.C.). The consumer lobbyists are killing us on this matter. I for one will suffer due to the increased prices in the marketplace, plus less money people in general will have to spread around. My business relies on small business, and putting them out of business is never a good thing. Everyone should be concerned about this issue. I urge everyone who wants to survive another year in this country to contact their congress critters and get this resolved! Thank you for posting about this important matter!
